Service Description
This 60-minute session provides expert IT assistance, addressing performance optimization, connectivity challenges, and other common technical issues. Before beginning any work, our technician will assess your needs and confirm if they fall within the scope of the session. After you place your order, you have two ways to download the software for a technician to connect: Check your email for a download link. or Go to your account page on our website to find the download link labeled Download SOS. Once you download and run the software, it will give you a 9-digit code. Provide this code to your technician.
Cancellation Policy
1. Appointment Scheduling: Appointments are available Monday through Friday, with three time slots per day: 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM, 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM, and 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM. Appointments can be scheduled online via our booking system, by phone, or through email. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to secure your preferred time slot. 2. Appointment Duration: Each time slot is designed for up to 2 hours, accommodating both standard repairs and more complex issues. If the repair requires additional time beyond the scheduled slot, we will make every effort to complete the work within the same day, depending on the complexity and your availability. 3. Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of $25. Rescheduling is subject to availability and will be accommodated as best as possible. 4. Late Arrivals: If you are running late for an appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. We will hold your appointment for up to 15 minutes past the scheduled start time. After 15 minutes, the appointment may be considered canceled and subject to the cancellation fee. 5. Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments (e.g., PayPal, Venmo). Any additional time required beyond the initial 2-hour slot will be billed at the standard hourly rate of $85. 6. Satisfaction Guarantee: We are committed to providing high-quality service. If you are not satisfied with the repair, please contact us within 7 days, and we will address the issue promptly. 7. Emergency Appointments: Emergency or after-hours appointments may be available on a case-by-case basis and will incur an additional fee. 8. Confidentiality: We respect your privacy and ensure that any data accessed during the repair process is kept confidential. We will not share or disclose your information to third parties.
